Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial counseling to patients virtually and through other service channels.
- Analyze patient accounts to identify outstanding obligations and develop practical action plans.
- Respond to patient inquiries through the Patient Financial Services call center with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in financial counseling, self-pay collections, billing, healthcare, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of registration, coding, insurance billing, payment processes, and self-pay collections.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to patient- and family-centered service.
