Patient Financial Representative (Hybrid)

Patient Financial RepresentativeThe Patient Financial Representative provides customer service by working directly with the patient or patient representative to answer questions or concerns relating to charges, payments, and insurance coverage. Communicates with the patient or patient representative regarding their financial obligation with the goal of effectively resolving the outstanding balance according to JCMG policies. Collaborates with clinic staff and physicians regarding patients with delinquent account balances.

Documents activities in the patient's account notes in eClinicalWorks and HST. Recommends outstanding account balances for the collection process as appropriate. Performs all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
