Patient Financial Navigator

To support the Managed Care department, the full-time Patient Financial Navigator will perform daily tasks including completing clinic A/R reports, reconciling collection totals, and assisting with Intake and Utilization Management duties in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Complete daily clinic A/R reports and reconcile collection totals and percentages Assist with all aspects of Intake and Utilization Management duties Manage all aspects of managed care approvals and Financial Aid Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED Two years of experience in the healthcare field, preferably in a clinical setting or business office Experience with procedure data entry and insurance requirements Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD, and CPT coding
