Patient Experience Liaison II

Sarasota Memorial Health Care System in Venice, FL is seeking a Patient Relations Rep II to manage patient scheduling, check-in, checkout, and follow-up communications. You will act as liaison between physicians, patients, the office and insurers, and assist with collecting payments at checkout.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong data-entry and Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining confidentiality and a professional demeanor.
