Patient Experience Lead — Healthcare Satisfaction

Crothall Healthcare in Orlando is seeking a Patient Experience Manager to coordinate and direct all patient experience activities within the assigned system. You will monitor patient satisfaction initiatives, ensure compliance with client, government, and corporate policies, and drive account retention and financial goals.

Collaborating with on-site management, you will participate in hospital committees, develop action plans, and provide training and reports to management.
