Patient Experience Lead, Front Desk — Ophthalmology

AVP SEES Group in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Patient Experience Lead to oversee front desk operations in our ophthalmology practice, guiding staff, improving patient flow, and ensuring a seamless, HIPAA-compliant experience.

You will mentor the Patient Experience Coordinator I and II, manage scheduling, registrations, insurance verification, and collaborate with the Practice Manager to implement best practices and monitor KPIs for wait times and satisfaction.
