Patient Experience Front Desk Coordinator

MyEyeDr. in Monroe, NC is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage front desk check-in/out and deliver a best-in-class patient experience. No optical experience required; training will be provided to learn about insurance, scheduling, and coordination with doctors.

You will handle multi-line phones, greet patients, verify insurance options, confirm appointments, and support office staff as needed, reporting to the Office General Manager. Some weekend/evening shifts may be required.
