Patient Experience Coordinator

MedStar Health welcomes a friendly patient access representative to greet patients and coordinate smooth flow in a busy medical setting. You will schedule appointments, verify demographics and insurance details, and process Time-of-Service payments while collecting co-pays and handing follow-up requisitions for tests.

You will support accurate medical records, scans, and updates in the patient system, aiming to ensure a positive patient experience and efficient clinic operations under pressure.
