Patient Engagement Call Specialist

To support the All of Us research program, the part-time Patient Engagement Call Specialist will conduct outreach, engagement, and retention activities aimed at enrolling participants, while also performing minimal research tasks and coordinating with the research team in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Utilize effective outreach methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program Engage and screen patients for eligibility, providing thorough program overviews and obtaining informed consent Conduct daily phone outreach and occasional email communication to inform patients of study activities and schedule appointments Required qualifications Associates degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-related applications Knowledge of public health research and participatory research practices Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
