🎯 Job Title: Patient Copay Support Representative (Seasonal)

What you’ll do:

You’ll be the friendly, front-line support for patients, caregivers, providers, pharmacies, and advocates who need help with:

• prescription insurance questions
• copay/benefit support
• out-of-pocket cost guidance
• medication access support
• researching common pharmacy claim issues
• accurately documenting every interaction

This role is all about empathy, clear communication, and helping people get the care they need—all while working within established program guidelines.

💼 Minimal Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic understanding of U.S. healthcare concepts like copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket maximums
• Strong customer service + communication skills (stay calm and professional!)
• Comfort with technology—able to navigate multiple systems, CRM tools, and documentation while chatting on the phone
• Ability to multitask, follow procedures, document accurately, protect confidential info, and escalate when needed
