Patient Contact Specialist

Providing high-quality service to facilitate timely resolutions of client accounts, the full-time Patient Contact Specialist will update patient information, monitor requests, and assist with special projects while working remotely. Key responsibilities Updates patient accounts with information received from hospitals and follows up with the Contact Specialist Accesses client systems to obtain necessary information for account updates Monitors requests to ensure they are addressed promptly and performs special projects as assigned Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and internal departments Demonstrated skill in providing high levels of customer service Proficiency in Excel and Word, with the ability to learn hospital databases Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
