AlphaOmega Wellness is seeking a high-caliber Ketamine Patient Consultant to serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking life-changing treatment .
This role is not traditional sales. Our consultants function as First Responders for people actively seeking help for treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, and suicidal ideation.
You will speak with individuals who are searching for answers and guide them through the consultation process for IV ketamine therapy , helping them take the first step toward treatment.
We are building a professional, mission-driven patient access team , and we reward individuals who take ownership of their work and care deeply about helping people.
What You'll Do
- Conduct consultations with prospective ketamine therapy patients
- Educate individuals on treatment protocols, safety standards, and program expectations
- Guide patients through the treatment decision process
- Help qualified patients begin care with AlphaOmega Wellness
- Respond promptly to new patient inquiries
- Maintain professional and compassionate communication with individuals seeking help
- Document patient interactions and follow-up tasks within the CRM
- Participate in team training and ongoing development
- Conduct follow-up communication with prospective patients
Schedule
Schedules may vary based on clinic operations and patient demand.
Compensation
- Performance Bonuses
Compensation is designed to reward performance and patient impact .
Paid Time Off
- 5 PTO days after 6 months
- 10 PTO days after 1 year
- 15 PTO days after 2+ years
PTO does not roll over and is subject to approval.
