To support patient account management, the full-time Patient Communications Representative will communicate with patients regarding medical debt repayment, achieve productivity goals, and provide customer service while working remotely. Key responsibilities Communicate with patients to resolve medical account balances and negotiate payment arrangements Profile patients, update demographic and financial information, and perform account research Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations while documenting all account interactions accurately Required qualifications Experience in customer service or collections, preferably in a medical setting Knowledge of federal regulations such as HIPAA and FDCPA Proficiency with telephone systems and customer relationship management tools Ability to work flexible hours, including one late night per week Commitment to ongoing education and training in industry standards
