Providing support and assistance to patients, the full-time Patient Collections Representative will manage incoming and outbound calls related to self-pay balances, review patient accounts receivable, and post payments while working remotely. Key responsibilities Assist patients with inquiries regarding self-pay balances through calls Review assigned patient accounts to determine assistance options and next steps Post patient payments and adjustments according to standard operating procedures Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Six months of medical experience preferred One year of customer service and accounts receivable experience Proficiency in Word and Excel Strong organizational skills
