Position Summary
The Primary Care Concierge LPN provides direct clinical support to our physicians while delivering a high-touch, concierge-level experience to our members. This role blends traditional LPN clinical duties — rooming patients, administering treatments, and supporting the care team — with the responsiveness, discretion, and personal attention expected in a concierge practice.
The ideal candidate is a clinically sharp, detail-oriented nurse who thrives on building
relationships with a small, dedicated patient panel.
Key Responsibilities
• Room patients for visits, obtain and document vital signs, chief complaint, and relevant history in the EMR
• Assist physicians with exams, procedures, and in-office treatments
• Administer medications, injections, infusions, and immunizations per provider orders and LPN scope of practice
• Perform basic wound care, point-of-care testing, and specimen collection as directed
• Serve as a primary point of contact for members between visits, triaging calls, messages, and portal requests with prompt, personalized follow-up
• Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, and specialist appointments, and track results back to the care team
• Manage prescription refill requests and prior authorizations in coordination with the provider
• Support patient needs consistent with the concierge service model
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance with clinic protocols and state nursing regulations
• Assist with inventory, supply ordering, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked clinical environment
• Uphold strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
• Active, unencumbered Florida LPN license in good standing
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience in primary care, internal medicine, or a related outpatient setting preferred
• Experience with EMR systems and comfort with patient-facing technology and messaging platforms
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm, professional, service-oriented manner
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a small-team environment
• Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive patient and member information
• Flexibility to accommodate occasional early morning, evening, or on-call needs typical of a concierge practice
