To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time remote Patient Care Coordinator will manage patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for patients, answering questions and providing information on services Coordinate and schedule appointments for therapy and medication management Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate and timely communication between patients and providers Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, psychology, social work, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient care coordination, medical office administration, or customer service Familiarity with scheduling software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting Passion for women's mental health and a commitment to making a positive impact
