- Troubleshoot patient concerns regarding shipping, refunds, scheduling, and care coordination.
- Track patients through their care journey and ensure timely follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Healthcare background with 1+ years of experience in abortion care.
- Strong communication, organization, triage, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort with online tools and trauma-informed care.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Part-time: Friday and Saturday, 12:00pm - 10:00pm ET.
- Pay: $30-$33/hr with weekend differential.
