Patient Assess Standards Coord

Encompass Health seeks a Patient Assessments Standards Coordinator to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant patient assessment data across our rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will oversee completion and review of clinical assessments, validate documentation for regulatory and payer requirements, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize case mix and quality metrics. You will train staff on assessment standards, monitor data integrity, prepare reports for leadership, and support performance improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
