To support patient intake and admissions, the full-time Call Center Patient Advocate - Florida Licensed will educate patients on chronic pelvic pain conditions, guide them through the admissions process, and ensure compliance with documentation standards while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Educate patients on treatment options and address their concerns with supportive guidance Handle inbound and outbound communications to qualify patients for consultations Document patient interactions accurately in CRM/EHR systems while maintaining compliance with HIPAA Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in healthcare contact center, patient intake, or admissions Proficiency with CRM, EHR, and softphone systems Ability to maintain a patient-first mindset during conversations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely
