Working a hybrid schedule Monday through Friday, the full-time Patient Accounts Representative will research, analyze, and reconcile patient account receivables, process claims, and serve as a resource for patient inquiries within the finance department. Key responsibilities Research, analyze, and reconcile patient account receivables, refunds, and claims processing Process claims and patient statements, including coding, data entry, and follow-up Maintain knowledge of managed care contracts, Medicare, Medicaid, and departmental policies Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of experience in patient billing or a related area Coding certification (preferred) Behavioral health experience (preferred)
