Key responsibilities: Efficiently handle 75+ inbound and outbound calls daily to resolve patient inquiries Conduct daily collections on patient account balances, meeting or exceeding monthly goals Review patient accounts for billing accuracy and initiate necessary actions for discrepancies Required qualifications: GED/High School Diploma 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment Previous experience in negotiations, sales, or collections preferred Familiarity with medical collections or revenue cycle preferred but not required Proficiency in using Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office products
