To support the revenue cycle operations, the full-time Patient Account Representative II will manage the timely processing of insurance balance patient claims, resolve unpaid accounts, and perform various tasks in Epic while working remotely. Key responsibilities Responding to payer requests and following up on unresolved patient accounts Reviewing and resolving claim edits, denials, and underpayments while performing appeals as necessary Posting payments in Epic and resolving credit balances Required qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent Two years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience Knowledge of accounts receivable software systems and medical billing operations Familiarity with medical reimbursement policies and procedures Understanding of the payer landscape, including Medicare and Medicaid
