Job Description:
- Manage patient accounts related to billing, payments, and financial responsibility
- Review and verify insurance coverage, eligibility, and benefits
- Process and post payments, adjustments, and refunds accurately
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the billing/finance department
- Maintain organized, accurate records and documentation of account activity
- Enter and update patient account information in EMR/billing systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech)
