Patient Account Analyst

To enhance the patient experience, the full-time Patient Account Analyst will work remotely to address patient inquiries regarding registration, billing, and collections, while also posting payments and resolving account questions. Key responsibilities Contact patients to address questions related to registration, billing, and collections Post payments, adjustments, and denials to patient accounts Resolve any questions or issues regarding patient accounts Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of experience in medical registration, billing, customer service, or collections
