Are you passionate about coaching teams, improving operations, and ensuring every patient receives exceptional service from their very first interaction?At Northwest Human Services, we're looking for a Patient Access Team Supervisor who can inspire excellence, develop talent, and create an outstanding patient experience while supporting a mission-driven healthcare organization.POSITION OVERVIEW:As our Patient Access Team Supervisor, you will provide leadership and oversight for Patient Access staff, ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and achievement of departmental goals. This role is responsible for staff supervision, training, performance monitoring, and quality improvement initiatives while partnering with Clinic Operations Managers to support daily clinic operations, optimize workflows, and enhance patient experience.
