Patient Access Team Lead

Martha's Vineyard Hospital, Inc. is seeking an experienced Patient Access Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the patient access department, lead a team of patient access representatives, and ensure accurate patient records and a positive patient experience.

The role requires 3-5 years in patient access supervision within a healthcare setting, an Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field, and strong leadership and data-analysis skills.
