Patient Access Team Lead - Lead, Coach & Improve Care

Neuroscience Group is seeking a Team Lead – Patient Access to oversee Scheduling Coordinators, Intake Coordinators, and Physical Therapy Intake/Prior Authorization teams. This working leadership role combines coaching with hands-on daily operations, roughly 50/50.

You will partner with Practice Administration and Operations to ensure efficient patient access and exceptional service, while driving ongoing process improvements and staff development.
