In this full-time role, you will register patients, verify insurance and benefits, obtain authorizations, and collect or estimate patient responsibility at or before the point of service. You will use EHR and revenue cycle systems to ensure clean claims and proper documentation, while educating patients on financial options and resolving access issues.
Working in a mission-driven, patient-focused, collaborative team, you will partner with clinical and revenue cycle staff to improve patient access, reduce denials, and support overall hospital performance.
