Patient Access Specialist - IL Licensed

To support a patient-centered approach, the full-time Patient Access Specialist - IL Licensed will provide exceptional customer service, manage patient scheduling, and ensure accurate collection of demographic information while working remotely from Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, or Wisconsin. Key responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, fostering a positive first impression of the organization Accurately collect and verify patient demographic information and manage appointment scheduling Collaborate with various hospital departments to address patient inquiries and resolve issues as they arise Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of customer service or medical office experience Proficiency in computer data entry and typing at 40 wpm Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Strong organizational and time management skills
