Patient Access Scheduler - Fast-Paced, Compassionate Care

Baptist Health is seeking a patient access scheduler to manage appointment scheduling across diagnostic, surgical, therapy, and physician visits.

The role involves collecting accurate demographics and insurance details, registering patients, and entering data in the scheduling system in a call center setting. Fluency in English and Spanish/Creole is a plus; prior Patient Access training is preferred.
