Patient Access Representative (MO Licensed)

Representing the organization with a high standard of customer service, the full-time Patient Access Representative (MO Licensed) will facilitate patient registration and scheduling, verify insurance information, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines in a hospital setting. Key responsibilities Utilize critical thinking skills to address patient needs and ensure a positive experience while maximizing reimbursements and minimizing denials Perform hospital registration and scheduling tasks, ensuring accurate patient identification and documentation within multiple systems Understand and enforce compliance with Medicare guidelines, HIPAA standards, and other regulatory requirements while maintaining patient confidentiality Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED No prior experience required Preferred: Associate's Degree Preferred: CHAA certification
