Be a part of the Insight Chicago team that provides patient care second to none!Job SummaryRepresentative thrives in a fast-paced, team oriented environment with professionals in neurology, pain management, chiropractic, physical therapy and many more. This position is cross-trained in all clinical administrative processes, therefore the Patient Access Representative will also answer phones, check in and out patients, perform patient reminder calls, and enter information into the EMR. The Patient Access Representative is required to maintain patient confidentiality at all times. employerHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED).Associates/bachelors preferred.6 months of relevant customer service experience preferred.Strong attention to detail.Physical RequirementsMay be expected to lift up to 15 - 30 pounds with assistance.May be expected to push or pull 30 - 100 pounds with assistance.Work is of medium demand; walking or standing most of the time while on duty.Visual and auditory acuity and manual dexterity essential to performing designated duties required. Optimal auditory acuity required.Manual dexterity involving the handling of equipment and instruments or needles is essential to performing assigned duties.Physical conditions are clean, neat and well lit.May be subjected to unpleasant sights and odors, stressful situations and hazardous or infectious agents where judgement as to precautions needed to be taken is essential.
