Supporting operational performance through technology and process redesign, the full-time Patient Access Optimization Consultant will work remotely to enhance patient access workflows, improve scheduling processes, and collaborate with various teams to implement scalable solutions across the health system. Key responsibilities Provide consultative support to improve access workflows and front-end operational performance Analyze operational data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for continuous improvement Facilitate multidisciplinary workgroups to promote alignment and successful change adoption in patient access initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience Ability to learn new procedures and adapt to changing priorities Experience working collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in office software and relevant computer applications
