To support revenue cycle operations, the part-time Patient Access Navigator will perform administrative and financial-clearance duties, including collecting patient information, scheduling services, and managing referrals, all while working remotely for 32 hours per week. Key responsibilities Obtains accurate demographic and financial information from patients and schedules appointments efficiently Handles inbound and outbound communications, addressing patient inquiries and ensuring high-quality customer service Maintains knowledge of medical terminology and billing processes to assist in pre-registration and authorization tasks Required qualifications Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience in insurance, managed care, or hospital registration settings is preferred Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, and ICD-10 codes Familiarity with Epic Cadence and other relevant information systems Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strong organizational skills
