Working remotely during overnight shifts, the full-time Patient Access Navigator II will facilitate patient access to various physician and radiology services, providing exceptional customer service while managing escalations and supporting training initiatives within the Access Center. Key responsibilities Deliver exceptional patient experiences by managing access to a range of medical services and addressing patient inquiries Support the management team with escalations, onboarding of new hires, and training/cross-training programs Provide technical and operational support for system design, development, and evaluation within the Patient Access Center Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of direct experience in a Customer Service, Contact Center, or scheduling environment, preferably in healthcare 1-2 years of preferred experience with Acombina and strong technical proficiency in EPIC, Outlook, IDX, Excel, and Word Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance verification, and registration is preferred Proven ability to handle multiple physician specialties effectively as a fully functional Navigator
