Patient Access Leader: Seamless Registration & Service

1550 Martha's Vineyard Hospital, Inc. seeks an experienced Patient Access Operations Leader to oversee day-to-day operations of the patient access department. You will supervise staff, ensure accurate patient registration and records, and promote a positive patient experience across the facility.

Responsibilities include staff training, workflow management, HIPAA and Medicare compliance, collaboration with billing and insurance, and producing performance reports to drive continuous improvement.
