Patient Access & Scheduling Specialist

Indiana University Health System in Carmel, IN seeks an appointment scheduling specialist to manage patient flow from entry to destination, schedule visits, interview patients for medical information, explain charges and policies, and input charges into our systems with care.

You will answer incoming calls, assist patients and visitors, and support accurate financial and demographic records for maximum reimbursement and good clinical outcomes.
