Patient Access & Registration Specialist

Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital is seeking a Registration Representative to greet patients and visitors in ambulatory clinics, delivering a professional, patient-centered first impression. You will complete full patient registrations, verify demographics and insurance, schedule appointments, handle phones, support front-end operations, and assist with billing tasks to ensure smooth patient flow.

Requires High School Diploma or GED; prior customer service experience is preferred.
