Patient Access & Experience Specialist

MedStar Health is seeking a Patient Services Clerk to greet patients, register arrivals, collect co-pays, and update demographic/insurance information. This role supports test requisitions and schedules follow-ups to maintain efficient patient flow.

The position requires strong communication, basic medical terminology, and the ability to handle high patient volumes with professionalism. CPR certification and a high school diploma are preferred; IDX/GE Centricity experience is a plus.
