Northwell Health and the Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine at Staten Island University Hospital are seeking an AP/CP Certified Pathologist to serve as Residency Program Director. This role involves managing the AP/CP Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Residency Program for ten residents, ensuring ACGME compliance, and directing the educational curriculum. The Program Director will also balance clinical caseloads on the Surgical and/or Cytopathology service while supervising residents and students.

Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the AP/CP Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Residency Program.
- Organize and direct the educational curriculum for residents.
- Ensure the program is in compliance with all regulations of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
- Supervise residents and students.
- Balance a clinical caseload on the Surgical and/or Cytopathology service.
- Organize resident curriculum, including didactic schedule.
- Evaluate both residents and faculty.
- Create and implement program policies and procedures.
