What You ll Do:
- Perform comprehensive pathology services including gross and microscopic examinations
- Evaluate tissue specimens, surgical margins, and tumor stages
- Conduct cytologic assessments such as fine needle aspirations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in tumor board reviews
- Verify diagnostic results and provide expert consultation on complex cases
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all relevant policies
- Support administrative functions related to laboratory and pathology services
What You Need:
- MD or DO with active unrestricted license in California
- Board certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology (American Board of Pathology)
- 5+ years of independent clinical pathology practice
- Strong diagnostic skills and collaborative approach
- Subspecialty certification preferred but not required
