Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy
- Board Certification through American Board of Pathology in both Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
- Preferred subspecialty certification (not required)
- Minimum of 5 years of independent clinical practice
- DEA registration & BLS & ALCS certification
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in California
