I am working with an elite Intellectual Property Boutique looking to add an associate to its Chambers ranked Chemical Practice Group in DC.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience in managing and supervising patent prosecution, due diligence, and FTO work
- Experience not only working on prosecution, but supervising and training technical specialists and junior attorneys, and preferably working with large clients with global portfolios
- REQUIRED: background (degree) in chemistry/organic chemistry, advanced degree preferred, and must be licensed to practice before the USPTO
