Duties:

• Draft and prosecute patent applications in transformative and emerging technologies across a wide client base
• Prepare clearance and patentability opinions
• Provide IP counseling and portfolio assessments
• Perform patent due diligence assessments

• 1-5 years of patent prosecution experience
• Undergraduate and/or advanced degrees in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, material science, physics, and the like
• Preference given for advanced degrees
• Active license to practice law
• USPTO registration
