Duties:

• Draft and prosecute patent applications in the mechanical and aerospace arts
• Prepare clearance and patentability opinions
• Provide IP counseling and portfolio assessments
• Perform patent due diligence assessments

• 2-8 years of patent prosecution experience
• Undergraduate and/or advanced degrees in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or computer science
• Preference given for experience as a patent examiner
• Preference given for advanced degrees
• Active license to practice law
• USPTO registration
