- Draft and prosecute patent applications in areas such as: in vitro diagnostic assays, immunoassays, CRISPR-based assays, nucleic acid sequencing and quantification along with the associated probes, kits, and reagents
- Prepare freedom to operate opinions
- Provide client counseling and portfolio assessments
- 4+ years of patent prosecution experience in biotechnology
- Preference given for advanced degrees in molecular biology or a closely related field
- Active license to practice law
- USPTO registration
