Duties
- Draft and prosecute patent applications related to advanced computing technologies.
- Engage with inventors and in-house counsel to analyze complex technologies.
- Develop strategic intellectual property portfolios under partner-level supervision.
- Manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice in the applicable jurisdiction.
- At least 3 years of experience in patent prosecution.
- Experience with AI and ML technologies preferred.
- Degree in Computer Engineering required.
- Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
- Strong technical and patent prosecution experience in relevant areas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
