I’m working closely with an AmLaw 100 firm looking to add a mid-level Patent Prosecution Associate to its Texas team , supporting Fortune 200 clients across sophisticated advanced technology matters.

the profile:

• 2–5 years of relevant patent prosecution experience
• 3+ years drafting + prosecuting patent applications involving advanced computing technologies
• AI / machine learning experience strongly preferred

Relevant technical experience can include semiconductors, integrated circuits, cybersecurity, networking, cloud computing, software systems, fintech, medical devices + related technologies.

The work includes not only drafting + prosecution, but strategic portfolio development, direct interaction with inventors + in-house counsel, and partner-level mentorship.
