Responsibilities
- Represent patent owners and petitioners at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
- Represent complainants at the International Trade Commission (ITC).
- Assist in patent prosecution with medium‑to‑large corporate clients.
Qualifications
- USPTO‑registered Associate attorney.
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field such as Math, Physics.
- Prior law firm experience working with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Image Processing, and/or Autonomous Vehicle technologies.
- Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
