Duties
- Prepare, file, and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications.
- Conduct inventor interviews and collaborate with clients to identify and protect innovative technologies.
- Prepare office action responses, conduct Examiner Interviews, and prepare other prosecution-related documents.
- Support the development and management of domestic and international patent portfolios.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and developments in patent law relevant to client industries.
Requirements
- At least three years of patent prosecution experience.
- Strong technical expertise in LTE/5G/6G Wireless Networks, computer hardware, AI, and deep learning.
- Ability to analyze complex technologies and work directly with inventors and in-house counsel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
Education
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering required.
- Additional academic credentials in material science, physics, or other engineering disciplines preferred.
Certifications
- Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
